My guinea pigs are indoors. I live in Canada so living outside is out of the question because its to cold in the winter. I have built a c & c outside pen that is a 4X5 with a lid that I move around to let them enjoy when its nice out!

Nevermind, my pictures are not working. I have no idea what I am doing wrong but any picture I try to post never works. Just ignore my post lol! :laluot_08:

My cage has changed a bit since I have taken the picture. The bottom is now a 2X6 all the way across.

In summer I have a small single story hutch- which I'm hoping to upgrade ASAP for a bigger double one. They are allowed in their run during the day for course. For winter, I only have a Ferplast 120 cage. However, I have a play pen for them which I'll try to attach permanently so they can go in and out as the like. :D

yep it worked! its massive! it must take up loads of space!:))

Mine are in a 3 tier hutch.
Might change to 2 big hutches connected to runaround...or attatch all 3 hutches together :D

Mine free range in a 6x3 shed, with a ramp up to their double storey hutch. We have a tiny garden at the minute, so the only way that I could get my husband to let me have the whole shed was to agree that, in exchange for said shed, I would get rid of their run, as we haven't really got room for it. I happily agreed as the girls get a good deal - given the awful weather we've had, they hardly went in their run anyway! :)
I love the look of everyone's housing - it's all fab!

That's it we are so jealous of all these wonderful cages, x) we are going to convert our spare room into a piggie palace with an access “ hole in the wall “ so our boys can visit us in the living room if they feel like it.

Seriously we have our boys in the living room with us. We are currently looking on how to rearrange our room so that we can fit another 2 boys ( rescue ) in a separate cage and still give them them the space they need. It looks like C & C for us too. :) Our 2 boys are currently in a 5' * 2' store bought cage.

Mine are in a homemade 4ft x 2ft x 16inch hutch outside.

They live outside as that is where I have always kept piggies and I don't have room for that size cage inside. The hutch is very sturdy and we will easily get another 10 years life out of it.
They currently only get occasional run use, but that is going to change as I am planning on making one for them sometime this/next week! From then on they will go in the run everyday the weather is nice.

Pig shed! Well, it's a 6'x3' lean-to on the back of the garage.
