We have a new baby Swiss Teddy :-)

Threepigs

I have posted on here before because our three guinea pigs fight (they are boars) and one in particular has been bitten in the past. They had one last bad fight and we decided to separate them and so have been searching for a little piggie to keep the bitten piggie company.

Today we found a lovely little Swiss Teddy who is very small and placid. Hopefully his personality is right and they will be happy together.

Does anyone know anything abotu Swiss Teddies? I can't find much on line.

Swiss and Teddies are two different breeds so could it possible hes a X between the both? Teddies i think are just the same as Rex, they just differ geneticaly but Swiss have very frizzy type coats. I'm sure hes gorgeous whatever he is though x)
 
Swiss teddies are really like teddies but with a longer coat(basically a long haird teddy) and apear to be more chuncky from what Ive seen and they look really soft and sort of "whispy", they are a breed, although they arnt spost to be related to a teddy.....
 
Swiss Teddies are a breed, they are more commonly known as Swiss though. They look like they have been given an electric shock and have the most cuddly hair ever..they're also quite usually big pigs. A 'rare' variety I think, and lovely..

Though I am from Switzerland, I've never heard of Swiss teddies (or seen one) before I joined this board. I've got a pair of rescue teddy sisters, but they are not Swiss.

Can't wait t see pics!
