If the slide binders don't work, have you considered not covering the sides of the correx? Maybe just put the blanket flat on the floor part and leave the sides bare.

That's how all this started, with pads that I had made that just sat in the base. Pulling it up the sides was my first counter burrowing tactic...
 
Slider things don't work. I have one final tactic but I can't face doing it in case I mess it up. Involves chopping up the fleece and sewing again.

I did it. I cut it up, sewed it and created a slip cover that didn't need clipping on at all so they can't get under the fleece.

Now they pull on the whole lot and get over the top of the correx and between that and the edge of the cage. Came very close to falling off the table it is on. But instead just ate the sofa cushion.

These pigs.... Honestly!

I am sorry @Tigermoth because it must be a nightmare to manage, but that video is hilarious - I love that one of them is pushing a bowl full of fresh veg out of the way from under the fleece. :lol!:
I would never have this problem with my lot, because if there is fresh veg involved they are going nowhere!
You clearly have highly intelligent stealth ninja pigs - I just seem to have the ordinary wheeking variety (for which I am thankful). :))

I did see a post once abut burrowing piggies and she stuck a layer of Velcro all the way around the edge of the cage floor and then sewed Velcro to her liners so they were Velcroed to the floor? But having seen the video I imagine your two would think of a way of overcoming mere velcro.
 
They're really impressive! I wonder if you could film them doing it! I use vet fleece...too thick to get hold of and pull up.
 
They are so determined! I would just stick to some bedding material like fitch.

I also have a burrower but nothing on your scale, because they are on ordinary bedding she cannot do it but she burrows under any bit of hay she can find instead (until the others eat it off her head which always creates an interesting situation, LOL)!
 
I hate the thought of disposable stuff like that. I really don't want to use it :(

I tried Velcro, I couldn't make it stick to the correx, I tried adhesive and a hot glue gun.

They really are driving me spare.

There's a product I saw a while ago, can't remember what it was called though, where the liners are made kind of similar to pillow cases. Then you slide the correx board inside that and lay it down. Maybe you could try doing something like that? I'm not sure how big your cage is or the shape. It would work best for a rectangular/square cage. Basically cut the correx into manageable sizes, then make liners that fit snuggly over that. You can slide the correx out to wash the liner, then slide it into a clean one.
It would mean that only the base of the cage has liner on it, not the sides, but would also make it impossible for them to burrow under (of course they're likely to prove me wrong on the impossible bit...)

I think id end up with them under the correx... I have some spare though, I wonder if I could pop one over a correx base so the get stuck in between but remain in the cage.... Hmmm
 
They know when they're being naughty too but they just don't care. Kiwi, in my profile pic, would give me a sideways look as if to say "so what are you going to do about it?!"
 
Hammockyhammocks do make boxed liners which are all in one liners that cover the sides of the correx and base,they are particularly good for piggies that burrow,or chew the correx..ive some fleece blankets from there and would highly recommend.your footage of invisible piggies is hilarious,though I'm sure it is frustrating.:)):lol: .

I made a box liner. They pulled the correx away from the grids, went down the gap and ate the cushions on the sofa...

I have yet another plan...
