He seems to be better today but after the last time I feel a bit cautious about saying that.

Gave him sudafed again yesterday which I'm sure is the only thing thats sorting him out. Think I'm going to stop with the Baytril tomorrow as I don't think it was doing that much as he got sick again with the exact same symptoms while on it. I also read it's no good for young pigs and he's only 4-6 months, and he's so tiny his whole body fits in my hand. Am I doing the right thing?

The one good thing is that I can tell when he's feeling rough now as he just lays on the floor outside of his little hut thingy looking at me, almost like he's asking me to notice him and make him better. :( Breaks my heart, it really does.

I personally wouldn't stop the antibiotics without speaking to the vet - is there a possibility that the vet could change the antibiotic if your gp is not improving?

Yeah the vet should be giving something else, not Baytril. Our vet doesn't use it at all. One of our pigs that had pneumonia got given a stronger antibiotic and a diuretic to clear the fluid, which worked.
