I am so sorry. Usually when a piggy is cold to the touch you won't have much time left as the circulation has started to break down in my own experience.

Please try to take consolation that Dexter could make his journey surrounded by love and his familiar surroundings. Be kind with yourself and have some rest. Dexter couldn't have found a more loving home.
