It's what we call a C&C cage.

I got two cube storage packs from ebay (about £14 pounds each, 17 grids per pack), correx for the trays from a local sign maker (£15, cut to size) plus plywood for two bases, the ramp system and some bits of wood for the side frames and the middle pillars. In the bottom, we tied two grids together, in the top we used the buttons supplied. We have about 10 grids left over and could build another half floor on top (with using grids as floor for that).

You still have to wiggle a bit to make up the lower floor!

Yeah they're great aren;t they, can't remember how much the B&Q in cov was for the cage when i was makign one but you know there's a correx place link on here in Bedworth industrial estate just by the M6 which would you could of got more metrage for the £ from?

No, I didn't know that, but it is right across town from us anyway! Plus, we were very much pushed for time, as there were two more new piggies waiting to be picked up.
