I’m still keeping a close eye on the ladies, last night Aliona had it in for Jess a little, not as bad as last week, but following her wherever she went for a hay munch (despite there being five places she could have eaten it from!) and pecking at her so she’d run away! Then to the next spot But Jess still slept with her in one of the wooden tunnels!
Luigi was again sticking up for Jess! So there’s definitely a little squabble still going over dominance but it’s only every now and again so I’m not too worried!

Never too far apart bless them (ignore the messy cage! Trashed overnight as always!)

Well the ladies are finally calming down a little, well Aliona! Jess is standing her ground more, with her piggy bodyguard backing her up (nicely!).

Blocking Aliona there! (Ignore the messy lid, had to sort it in a hurry as my brain’s causing trouble and they needed cover, bamboo canes working v well!)
Thought he was a bit ‘dozy’ if I’m honest, his horny man brain normally takes over but showing he’s actually quite a sweet, caring lad for a change!


And managed to pinch his favourite bed back a few times!

Aw they still seem very happy, I think piggies do often enjoy the politics and intrigue of sorting out a group hierarchy, it will be some much needed social stimulation for Aliona, will have given Jess a new interest in life, and Luigi will be loving it all protecting Jess while secretly flirting with Aliona!

Thanks @PigglePuggle it’s so interesting to watch, definitely livened things up and as Jess definitely seems to feel better (more lively the last few days when I’ve been in with them, no blood for a few days now) she’s standing up for herself but if Aliona pushes it Luigi’s straight in there! Then he’ll run over to Jess for a face lick!
It’s like Jess is more a mother/sister figure to him (or just the mini-boss!), he rarely tries to hump her as knows he gets nowhere but always sits with his eyes closed next to her waiting for a groom!
Loving having a trio, so different to my pairs and I sit and watch them for hours!

Yes after two very chilled boys (Reggie and Sheepy), then Jess and her boyfriends (Sheepy, Rupert then Luigi) it’s so different having another lady around!
Bless him little Georgie, what a good way to distract with shaking his bum for them!
Luigi rumbles constantly, he’s really changed my opinion on him recently, obviously only had him since July (and really think he was younger than a year old with all the changes since then!) and he’s always been bonkers but he’s really impressed me with a pair of sows at such different ages and very different personalities! Still a naughty beast that trashes the place with his chewing addiction but blooming special bless him!

Thanks @YvonneBlue, Aliona’s doing so well, so confident now you think she’d been here months! Just following these two I think and knows I’m blooming soppy and come with food! She’s so beautiful but a bit of a chew-monster too!xx

Cheers @SkyPipDotBernie, they’re doing great All settled down now and definitely helped that my Jess is feeling better and standing her ground, maybe a mini-pig but back to her big boss self! Her and Aliona getting on much better. And Jess has even had a few zoomy moments which she hasn’t had for a while!
Haha don’t know if Luigi can handle another lady around, far too excited already! Although I’d love to have Dot move in the gorgeous girly!

But blooming Jessie-woo back down to 770! Had a dodgy tummy with the baytril, so annoying, hoped we’d stay over 800g but last day of meds today so hopefully squishy poo over and we’ll get it back on! Luigi has been donating his cocktail sausage sized poos for her poo soup! Honestly, they’re huge!
Doing brilliantly behaviour-wise and it’s definitely helped, roll on tomorrow when she’s meds free!

Thanks @PigglePuggle the good ol’ poo soup’s definitely helped this week (not that she’s too impressed!) but so annoying when it’s taken months for her to get over the 800g mark! Poor gorgeous Puggle bless her, great she’s so good now Hopefully Jess will get it back on, she’s eating loads atm and joining in with the other two more now so hopefully will spur her on too. Feel bad as I’ve been so bad with my seizures the last couple of weeks so she’s missing out on as many extras as I’d normally give her, most likely the baytril that’s causing it but still got that guilty feeling when saw her on the scales! x

Swallows her up! Think it’s the second time I’ve seen her in it and had it at least three years! Nice and snuggled with this nasty weather!
Only other time was with our gorgeous Rupert last Valentines!

How porky and different she looks! Not just with the missing eye!

Don't know how I've been missing this thread, just done a catch up. They are looking lovely @alpacasqueak . Don't feel guilty about Jess losing weight, you do all you can and more for your piggies. Baytril's a nightmare for tummies, I hope she picks up again very quickly.

Thanks @piggieminder, you’ve had lots going on with Rusty! Yes baytril causes havoc with her little tummy, that and Zithromax, so not surprised she’s lost some, still scoffing like a trooper so hopefully we’ll be back on track with her getting a bit podgy now no more meds! Thanks, she was chuffed no syringes waiting for her this morning! Fingers crossed no more anytime soon! x

Rusty was looking at me as if I'd forgotten something this morning. He's had no meds either today. He will have to have his Catease later, he's showing no sign of pain today with no Metacam so that's a relief.
