But a naughty silver fox, with a blooming big mouth has started teaching her his worst habit! Yup the bar biting! She’s quick at picking things up! But he’s so cute it’s hard to hold a grudge!

Thanks everyone I think they’re gorgeous and the best trio ever but I’m a bit biased! Jess is so confident and amazing (and her 7th birthday next month ) that she helps so much settling new piggies, been so good with Luigi and Aliona
We’re still on lots of exits in the cage atm but as we’re doing so well I’ll be sneaking a couple of beds in soon for Jess to keep her bony old lady bum warm at night bless her!

Don’t know if it’s the rare parsley treat or Jess’s issues starting to cause trouble, hope the first thing! A bit more lady humping than I’ve seen so far, not seen anything in the cage! Been doing so well hope we’ll stay that way

Luigi’s staying well out of the way under the blanket at the back there!
I’m hoping we’re all still going to be friends, very noisy but I know I’m not an expert in sow behaviour so just keeping a close eye.
Now the parsley’s gone we’re quieter, they seemed such good mates but have a feeling a newbie is fighting for top spot and this handsome man! Sure Jess is telling her she can have him! Wants a quiet life these days!

I’m thinking Aliona may be in/coming into season. Not being very nice to Jess and I’ve now moved them back into the cage, they seemed better in there and two hours playtime not very pleasant for anyone!
Hope this trio is going to work or I’m going to be gutted after the great week we had. Poor Jess is hiding in a box in the back of the cage and hopefully having a kip (as she always needs one of those) but not been allowed so far Luigi is sticking up for her a little, getting on her side when there’s a sudden humpathon!
Not used to these sows and their stressing!

Aw sending hugs! Sounds like maybe/hopefully a combination of a strong first season now Aliona has realised there's a handsome boar around, and Jess being a bit off. You have a giant cage with many of everything so paws crossed it will all settle! Multiple hormonal ladies can be very dramatic, and peace making boars can often make things worse by trying to help x

Thanks @PigglePuggle, I think that was what we had, looking and acting peaceful so far this morning! I was a bit unwell last night but the racket continued, piggy conga lines around the cage while Luigi got on Aliona, who was on Jess Don’t think he was helping too much like you say to calm things down!
Well I’ll be prepared for next time, didn’t expect quite so much loopiness with how sweet Aliona is, she was certainly letting the street know she was around and a bit hormonal!
Thanks guys, fingers crossed the calm continues today and that was all it was! Poor Jess needs to catch up on her beauty sleep from yesterday! xx

After our stressful Saturday, Sunday was very chilled!

Aliona still wouldn’t munch the rest of her carrot on my knee though!

And my beautiful old lady Jess having a munch while I sat armed with my syringe this morning before her vet trip! Nice big sample taken! And she’s put on even more weight, finally over 800g! Taken months to put it back on after losing her eye but yay!
