My mum who is from Yorkshire says "I have a bone to pick with you" when she is about to tell you off for something. When she curses to herself she says "oooogy flip" or "oh botheration". My late Grandad (her father) used to say "my stomach thinks my throat's been cut" whenever he was hungry.
