Ted is poorly ☹️

How was Ted today?
Aw sorry was just about to update on Ted’s progress. Well early this morning he looked brighter but was very wet with pee under his tummy. The vet rang this morning with the results of his pee, all normal, nothing to be concerned about. He has shown a real improvement overall today since lunchtime. He is not sat hunched up and looking uncomfortable. The windy tummy of yesterday has gone. He has been dry since around midday, no strong pee smell now either. He managed to have a little walk/run around this afternoon in the conservatory (had the heater on for an hour before hand especially for him) He‘s eating quite well and pooping plenty too, so everything seems to be going in the right direction dare I say it ☺️
Thank you everyone for all your lovely messages x

So pleased that there has been such a quick improvement on the meds
feel a bit guilty as I should have check his bits a little more regularly but he hates it so much.
George is a (neutered) boar - definitely a boar - but I'm not sure I've ever seen his penis. I mean, generally speaking he's a very reserved pig so perhaps that's to be expected, and perhaps it's a blessing that it's not trailing around in anything, but rather than poke around for it I typically try and slip a hand under when lifting him just to check for wetness-warnings. He still gets quite offended!

Glad to hear Ted is improving, hope everything keeps going in the right direction for Ted. 🐹🍀

Ted has just had is meds and is as bright as a button, sat with me chomping away on grass. I’m really pleased with him, there doesn’t seem be any tenderness round his rear end whatsoever. These AB certainly seem to be working really well and no loss of appetite whatsoever. He’s looking lovely ☺️

His little penis is actually really hard to find, Ted is the same, doesn’t like any body poking around even the vet said it was a difficult one to “get out”. I‘m always checking for bits of hay and long Posh hairs on the outside bit but the bit of poo was right up inside stuck on the end of his penis, it must have been so painful for him 😟

Glad to hear Ted's feeling better, even if a little blushing going on ;)

Fingers/paws all crossed here for a full & speedy recovery.

Healing vibes being sent your way love the girls & I. Xx
