Ted has a surprise for you! Meet Ginger and Posh

They are, but not sure how old, they are young and between 800 to 900 grams. We got them from Maria’s Animal Sanctuary on Sunday, only went for a look and to find out how to adopt. The lady was happy for us to take them as we had photos of our set up. They are very timid and have had a poor start, removed from a hoarding situation with lots of other piggies. The hoaring lady has mental health problems. They have finished their pregnancy watch on last weekend, so now its just a wait for Ted to finish his 6 weeks.
 
I didn’t realise just how lonely he has been since Bill died, he’s not moved off the blanket, He’s totally chilled out, he gave it a big sniff and stretched out on it and that’s him for the evening I think. Might place it in his cage for company?

You should put some of their poops and peed on hay in his cage too, and once they settle in, some of his in their cage- when Blodwen was in ringworm quarantine the other piggies sent her smelly piggy messages from their haytray every day introducing themselves, it really made her very happy and she got to know everyone via poop message before they met!

Will do, Ted’s been so relaxed tonight since he sniffed the blanket, they are in different rooms atm, but as soon as the 140 cm Plaza comes I’m hoping to join the cages with grid separation so they can get used to each other.
Ted’s in a 120 cm cage in the lounge atm so we could keep an eye on him and he didn’t get too lonely
