all it is ,is like a hot needle being pulled across your skin,all tattoo's hurt but more depnding on where you have it
 
where do you think would be the most painful and least painful places? :)

My mum has dragon eyes on her lower back... it think she said it was painful but I dont think it would be too painful...

That's where mine is, I found it ok but after about an hour in I noticed things more and got twitchy :)
 
Do any of you watch Miami Ink on Discovery? They do fantastic tattoos - when I eventually pluck up the courage I might combine it with a holiday to Florida and get Kat Von D to do a portrait one from a photograph for me - she's really really good :D

That's a great idea...
I put Rain in the run today and sketched him. Here is my quick mock up of it, i will make the feet neater etc... but what do you think?

OMG i love that show..and i'm going to Florida in 1 week and 3 day, and while we are there we are going to take a day trip to Miami beach...hhhmmm tempting ;)

oooh I love Kats Von D's work too - I said that for my 30th I would go get one done by her! I have a beautiful pic of my daughter whith her resting her chin on her hands, then I would like to add wings like the cherub painting by whasshisface!

GTF - thats a great sketch, I recon it would work well. How are you going to have it colour etc?

oh wow i lurve the doggy one :o :o
and actually everyone thinks ones on the back of the neck etc hurt,theyre not too bad as I have one there although that ( your hubbys) is a BIG one he has so it prob did,but the dog one is amazing
if i had my mutt done hes too fluffy to put anywhere and it'd look like one huge blob( and thats just his as$,LOL)
