we spoke of this before a while back but am itching to have 2 done one on each arm a lady tattooist might be coming here to do them for me, trying to find her number, one will be Bon Jovi with a cherub/angel sitting on the corner and the other will say Mick with same cherub with 5 hearts for each of my kids , will let the side down on the cruise with all the posh ones lol they'll think another tattooed yob :D little do they know what a sweet middle age granny I really am, nutty but sweet so hubby says
 
I'd love to get my lad's name and birth 'details' on my back. And any future kids as and when they come along.
 
Go for it Michelle. If you want one now why not. When you're young everyone says "think about when you get older, you will regret it".

Last summer all my family went to a fancy dress where the theme was Neptune - crossing the line (apparantely this was a ritual done to young sailors when they crossed the equator for the first time), my dad dressed a woman(?) & I drew tattoos all over him & I thought it looked fab. I went as a mermaid!
Dad is 62 on this pic & looking damn fine for his age - he's the one itn the blue dress!

I have 30 something tattoos ( i lost count) and Sars has 13 or more
ill be having another few done when i have the money,theyre so addictive

woah nice ones, 30 my God think I'll stick to 2 considering i have got 5 kids and my daughters name is carrie anne I would have an arm full,

one means love,the other friend and the other one is Rose which is Sars middle name

oh wow, Shaz! I like!

Gonna have another two in the summer. One just under the others (not too sure of what) and a butterfly on my wrist :)
 
Sars wants the Playboy bunny somewhere but isnt sure,she has some pretty hand designed butterflies on her back above a blue tribal rose


the new one ive just had today is like just above my hand ;)

My mum has about 7 and she has a really pretty rose that I want to get when I'm old enough :)
 
OUCH, some of those look painful!

I've got one on my back, a tiger cub.... would like others but not sure what or where...

I love the one Sophie Anderton has down her spine of the peacock(i think) it's fab!
 
Thinking of maybe having my name? Tattooists round here don't really go for the handmade look!
 
How old do you have to be to get a tattoo in the UK?

Cool... i think its the same over here too but with parents permission we can get them at 16 i think...
 
Cool... cant wait now... tats are really painful hey! :( thats the only thing I would be worried about... lol...I'm not too good with pain as you might know already ;D
 
Really? When my eldest wanted a tattoo even with permission it was a no no. So we went to one with him and said look, he is 18 he just doesn't have any ID. Ok the man said and did it, and he's been back for two more since. Got the 1st one when he was 16. As a reward for his GCSE's.
 
I saw something really cool yesterday. My work friend has had her little 5 month old hand print tattooed on her hip bone. Looks so good, it has been done so well you can see the dimples and creases of the fingers. It really does look like that baby has pit a hand splat on her mummies tummy
