I have one....

BUT - it is a special design that means something and was done to mark a special stage in my life. I also have it on my lower back so no one sees it unless I dress to show it off! I had it done for me not anyone else so it doesn't need to be on display all the time!

I would love to get a Tattoo, but I'm not too keen on the pain side of it. :-\

I'm so undecided now! LOL - I'm more with the not-side!

Pain don't really bother me right now!
;)

Just do what you want to do. Don't listen to us, be we saying Yes do it, or No don't do it. Listen to both sides of the arguments but just just do what's right for you. You're the one that has to live with it. Two good sayings for you:

Opinions are like , everybodys got one.

If advice cost money to give, no one would give it.

LOL Thanx love.

You're all being so right though. I haven't thought about the long run of it all!

Anyway, I got a few more months to decide properly! LOL

Well as long as when you do decide its not directly cos of someone elses opinion.

I let my son have one for doing well with his GCSE's. My only stipulation was don't have it somewhere that's visible when you have on a short sleeved shirt for an interview / job etc.

With regard to the what about when you're old bit, I think when i'm 70 there'll be a lot more things to worry about than the tattoo on my ankle or where ever :D

LOL

I wont, but the opinions are greatly welcome!

That's a good thing about where it will be placed - if I do have one, it'll be at the top of my arms - but I don't wear really short tops cos I got flabby arms so it wont be seen! ;D

LOL Bev you do have a point there. (sorry I don't know how to do that insert quote thing). I used to say that there's no guarantees that I will get old.

Although I've been the voice of doom on this tattoo thing but I am glad I done it. I wouldn't have been happy not doing it and wishing I had. I would much rather do something and regret it than regret not doing it. Does that make sense? ;D

Kelly, babe, you have both sides of the argument now so the decision is yours. ;D

LOL - still thinking lovey!

About the quote thing Deb, you press quote on whoever's post that you want the quote off - that make sense? LOL ;D

Mmm and then delete any text that you don't want there, leaving the bit you want to quote :)

but you must keep these words in, ooh hold on when i post it will just do the qoute thing and say "Debbie said bla bla!

it will say quote author DebbieR (or who ever) link= topic= bla bla... you must keep this and also the word quote at the end ;D

highlight what you want to quote then hold down ctrl + c then press the speech bubble button above the text box and then click in between the quote sign so
HERE
(I altered the quote thing for you to see it) you will have your quote see

I have 2. I have some runes on my left arm which mean something very special to me and a wizard on my right arm. I didn't find them painful at all. The wizard is in colour and I found that the black outline stung a little but the colouring in was a doddle.
