Its so worth it - I'm really happy with what is happening right now

Ive discovered an ace forum with like minded guinea pig lovers on it, ive had a really positive tarot, and ive got the number of a recommended medium in London

And ive got a job interview tomorrow
and I'm going on holiday a week today
and when i get back I'm getting my brand new baby piggy

:)

Didn't realise how many people were into tarot, cards and having readings done. I'm into all things like that, but as some said that the prices in mags/papers etc are so high and put people off.

I have done Reike (am not trained or professional) healing on myself and animals.

Where are you going for holiday?

I'm going for a buyers job with an agency in central london. Closer to home and hopefully less horrible than where I am now.
I'm going to California on hols
Cant wait

Yay! good luck on your interview :) I've just put in for a new job so fingers crossed I get an interview.

I'm also going on my hols on friday to Florida! but when I get back i'm not getting a brand new baby piggie like you :(

Have an ace time on yer hols ;)

I used to dabble. I couldn't do it without reading from the book but every reading I did was accurate and I saw stuff that no-one else knew about and predicted things too. I should have carried on learning but I have the concentration level of your average goldfish ;D

Wow! Well I don't know if this is a coincidence or not, but I decided to ask my question yesterday on that site. She mailed me back a few hours afterwards with her response, which funny enough made a lot of sense to me. Maybe it was something I needed to hear. She gave me a little of my confidence back, concerning jobs, So I put my CV in for that job I said about yesterday. About 40 minutes later, my phone rang and it was the agency and I have an interview today at 2.30! She said that I'm always questioning myself and I have a lot of self doubt, which is true... Even if I don't get this job, its still given me the boost I needed! ;D

Aw angel .... I'm exactly the same as you. Crippled with self doubt and always thinking waaay too much.
Glad you have had a confidence boost

We can be interview pals together ok?

Mines at 5 pm

;D yay I have an interview pal! :) hehe

He phoned me up at 8.30am this morning and said they wanted to see me at 2.30pm! Very nervous and trying to brush up and my technical skills atm, and trying to remember binary in my head!

I shall post how it goes later on :)

Good luck with your interview at 5 - I shall be thinking of you! ;)

Cheers love

Afterwards I think we should treat ourselves to a large glass of wine (or whatever your favourite tipple is)

:D

for me it will probably be a Chinese and a LARGE bar of chocolate as I cant drink atm... but chocolate is such a good substitute! :D

Hmm

I dont really "get" chocolate. I think I'm missing that gene.

Crisps have a strange power over me though. They look at me until I eat them :D

Good luck with your interviews guys. I really hope they go well. :)

*fingers crossed*

Ok, just got back... Can tell I havent had an interview in like 7 years!

Two guys interviewing me, threw a few technical questions at me at first, which were ok.. and then they started on the.. 'how would you handle this situation' and 'what would you bring to this company' etc etc

I managed to answer every single question they threw at me but, I dont know... You know when it just seems like a boys club sort of job. Its in IT, so the team is all men anyway, and I just get this feeling, they were after someone who was male lol ;D

Oh well - its all interview experience...! :)

Readers aim to get requests back to you within 1 - 3 days. Sometimes however readings take a little longer as they all personally done by volunteers :)
If you don't receive a reply withing a week you are advised to contact the email address given on the site.

Thanks, I'm waiting patiently for it honest :P

Honestly, it hasn't been allocated to me ;D

Sometimes I say I am available to do a reading on say Monday, but due to circumstances/life, it can take me a day or so to sit down and actually do it. It's not reading the cards, it's typing it up that takes time ::)

Occaisionally someone just can't do the reading, say they are ill and it needs to be passed onto someone else, so this can take up a little extra time too. Anyway, hope it's worth waiting for :)

Is Tarot something that can be learned by anyone, or is it a gift? Or both?

Thanks Debbie

I got positive feedback so far. I'm quite excited!

It can be learnt by anyone who is interested enough. You don't need to be psychic, but if you are, then that will likely be reflected in the way you read the cards. Most people find that intuition plays a part.

My intuition is decent enough

Hmm

I am interested very much

Why not consider enrolling for the TABI training course? Details are on the website :)
It's a fascinating and absorbing interest, I have lot's of decks and if you can read the Tarot, you'll always be in demand at parties ;D
