Strange lump of tissue

This strange fleshy lump was on my guinea pig so I presume its come out of her... any ideas?
She's suffered with cystitis in the past but been well for a good 5+months now acting normal and no other signs of anything else. Just two girls together, no males. 4 years old in June. Indoor guinea pigs.

These kinds of lumps are always a bit of a mystery as they are usually one-offs.

If you have any concerns, please have her reproductive tract vet checked as much as her urinary one, since this could have come from there.

I wouldn't want to guess myself. We see far too few of these things on here - not even every year - but if there is anything wrong, then a hands-on vet examination could pick it up.

It doesn't look quite like a very occasional slip-through of a bit of the mucus that barriers the exit of the largest and last of the fermentation chambers in the lower gut (however, I cannot rule it out because it could have been drying up for longer than what we usually get to see from piggies with longer term gut problems where there is a direct connection and an owner who takes a very close look at the poo output) but things have been picked up in the reproductive tract very occasionally that were not good as a result of a sow with one of these mystery blobs seen by a vet, so it would be worth a check. Make sure that you can show the picture.
