Smaller poos, slight weight loss. Should I be worried?

A few thoughts here.
It looks like her weight is fluctuating a bit, but she is certainly not in the danger zone right now.
Daily fluctuations (both up and down are normal).
Kitchen scales can also have an error factor of up to 10%, and things like ambient temperature can also affect this slightly.
She is eating, active, and pooping.

Clearly you are feeling anxious about the situation, but I don't think daily weighing is helping right now.
I would take deep breath and step back.
I would switch to only weighing every 3 days (so weigh again on Tuesday morning, and then again on Friday morning). If the trend over the next 6-9 days is still a large (greater than 50g) overall loss then it is time to be concerned.
But I think it is too easy to worry about daily fluctuations, and a bit of time between weighing will help you see if this is an ongoing loss or just a bit of variation.
Thank you. I’m just so worried especially as she’s now lost over 50g 😞 I have a vet appointment booked for her on Monday after they’ve had their nails cut with the nurse. I was going to cancel it if her weight remained stable but I really don’t know what to do now as if I’m going to cancel, I will have to do it tomorrow morning. I don’t know whether I should monitor her for another week before seeing the vet. I didn’t know that about the scales. It really is making me anxious 😞

I’m sure my new vets already think I’m insane. Anyway, guinea pigs have had their nails done with the nurse. I cancelled Esme’s appointment with the vet who came to speak with me anyway and said if Esme has gained the weight back that she lost (which she has) she really wouldn’t worry. Nice that she spoke to me without charging a consultation fee! But I shall continue to monitor her and book her an appointment if necessary
