We lost Mycroft at 5, and Moriarty was withdrawn. I still hadn't found this website, or heard of boar dating, but had found a book that said you can 'often' pair a baby boar with an adult. So I found Telford and attempted to match him with Moriarty - it didn't work!
Then I found this website...... a good thing too as unfortunatly we had to lose Moriarty 10 weeks after Mycroft. That left young Telford, who I took board dating to Windwhistle Warren to find a friend.
He paired himself up with Brunel, who was 12 weeks old when he came home.
All grown up and happy together...
Telford got cancer, so wasn't with us for long. He was a lovely chap and I still miss him terribly.
So Mr Brunel as he's come to be known as he's grown into his handsome markings was neutered by a vet I could trust when I went back to my parents for a 'chickin and house sitting' stint and here he is in all his glory during his 6 week wait to go off and find himself a wifepig (my Lilith, who was fully adult when she arrived).
