OKOK...
This is a bit of an excuse for me to see a bunch of gorgeous piggies but whose day isn't brightened by their little faces?
Feel free to post a a baby-to-adult comparison of your herd! I'm curious to see how they change over the years :) My "part-time piggies" Cookies and Cream are still very much pups so I'll get us started with some pictures from when they were first brought home.

Jingle and Mistletoe are just over a year old now (got them at 5 mts old). Caramel is now 5 mts old (got him at 4mts old).

this is the first video of my piggies after their rescue...
Calipso white-brown was healthy but underweight. One month later she was ready for the adoption but came home as a fur ball and still skin and bones.
These are the first pictures I took of them

and these are Calliope and Calipso now :) (Calipso is no longer underweight, although I gave her a diet based only on grass/hay/few vegs)

They look so tiny and fluffy! No wonder we can't resist them, baby or adult!

Another divine pair of fluffies!

This is Zazu, the only guinea pig I’ve had from 7 weeks (all others were adopted from people who didn’t have time for them or didn’t want them). In his baby ones he’s with Patches who sadly passed on.
(Sorry about so many photos I couldn’t choose my favourite :xd:)

The boys maybe a month after I got them.. Corduroy must have been 5 or 6 months old and Sylvester 3 or 4. Such cuties.
20170605_133405.webp 20170605_133520.webp Baby Corduroy the week he came home! He was such a tiny potato man.
1086.webp Baby Sylvester in my boyfriend's giant hands! :love:20170708_182503.webp
The boys are nearly full grown now.. Sylvester is 960 grams and Corduroy is a healthy 1230g! We saw the vet yesterday and she's very pleased with their weights. She suspects Corduroy may grow into a "jumbo pig"!

Weird that Sylv looks bigger in all the pics but Corduroy has actually always dwarfed him! In reality Corduroy looks twice Sylv's size and Sylvester is a petite thing

The stripe down his nose is so striking!

Cissy and Bella were about 5 weeks old in their baby pic, and about a year and a half in the adult pic. Cissy has grown loads at a little over 1 kilo but Bella is a lightweight at around 860 grams!

More little beauties for us to ooh and aah over!

The babies are gorgeous!
Tell your piggies that I say hello to every single one of their precious selves... talking to guinea pigs isn't weird is it?
I love them all. They just seem to get cuter the older they get :)

I talk to any animal I see, but I find talking to stray humans weird :))

A quick scan through my piggy pics and I've found Little Chas

I have plenty more, this will give me the kick up the bum to sort them all out, my photos are all over the place since my hard drive went belly up a while ago , doh!

They're all gorgeous, but Corduroy has such a cool name, and of course that lovely stripe!

From 14 years ago, baby Zebadee and baby Dougal. I had them from the college I worked in at about 5 weeks old.

All grown up... unfortunatly I only had access to a digital camera when I borrowed one from work, so I don't have many digital pics of these guys. They both really enjoyed floor time with their humans, unfortunatly it was also when we discovered exactly how ill guinea pigs could my my now husband.

We then got Mycroft and Moriarty once we lost Dougal (rip) at 4 1/2 years of age - again they came from the college, and as the lady in charge of the animal unit knew any animal I took home with me would be well looked after. I got to meet this pair at a few days old at work...

Still no digital camera at home at this point, so I'm still a bit short of digital adult pics of them.
