Shambles Piggys

Lap time tonight. It's so lovely the girls are definitely getting more comfy with me. Both have taken food out of my hand but still skeptical. They didn't run away when I went to pick them up earlier. They've both had a groom. Attempted to give pippa a butt cut (she didn't like it so wasn't very successful) as she's wearing white trousers and I think she needs a butt bath but I'm clueless.
Both girls have put on weight too! Love them

I'm learning about clipping too, someone recommended blunt ended baby scissors for smaller piggy's butt trims.

I brought some blunt ended dog scissors. She's walking around wonky because I managed to do one side and not the other🤣
 
Aw I bet they still looks super cute. Soo pretty.
My second attempt was better than my first thank goodness. I put them in a small low sided Amazon box as my 2 floofs are very timid, so I didn't need to hold them and could just clip as they ate coriander. It's going to be a learning curve for me!

They do! I'm glad it gets easier haha.. pippa still won't take veg from me unless she's in her cage but hopefully in time I'll manage. I'll try the low sided box and coriander next time. That's a great idea. They could do with a nail trim but I'm scared. More so of storm as she has black feet!

🤣 My partner wouldn't let me ANYWHERE near his hair in lockdown. I took it out on my own hair instead.
 
Finally learnt to quote posts 🤣 here's the girls having floor time last night. And a picture of their new trial set up instead of hay bags and litter trays just a hay area and darker fleece.
