Oh bless her I was going to say in an emergency perhaps baby wipes could be used to help keep her clean. I can't comment on piggy experience but I know from human personal experience and having abdominal keyhole surgery (with - as my consultant so eloquently put it - "flapping my womb around") that going to the toilet for at least the first few days is very difficult and very painful

Yeah the vet thinks she just has abdominal pain which is causing her to not want to tense. Thinking maybe, she's holding her urine to avoid pain and it's leaking slightly. But fingers crossed she's ok and can continue the recovery. Thanks everybody x

To be honest l would be tempted to try them together again when Tao is fully recovered. They sense the weakness when one is ill. Chances are the previous relationship may come back when Tao is strong again. Obviously do the reintroduction on neutral territory and watch them closely. Glad that she is feeling better

Yeah I'm not going to give up hope yet because that's what's stuck in my head too. I'll wait til Taos fit, until then I'll keep them within site and sound of one another as much as possible and then try reintroductions, as you say, neutral ground and clean their home from top to bottom
Fingers crossed they can settle this
