Possible urine infection/ blood in urine this morning

My male guinea pig has finished 10 days of antibiotics and has much more energy and seems brighter.
Appetite very good as always but he is doing huge wees every morning.
I am planning to call vets in the morning for a chat but anyone had a similar experience?
