Poorly boy hiding away

Here's the thing I've been watching him close today he's really not pooping well I have to clean him out which is fine I'd do that forever but the squeaks and behavioural changes tell me he's not doing well. I think giving him antibiotics would be for me as much as I don't want to admit it I think he's telling me it's time. Also I have to be honest and say we simply can't afford more treatment. All I think I can cope with at this point is giving him the best few days a guinea pig could wish for.
 
Did you speak to the vet about dosing twice rather than once? And are you syringe feeding and weighing daily? Poo output is 1-2 days behind. I’m so sorry.
