It is ok. I find it hard to explain what I am thinking. I need one person to know everything haha

I can't put my real feelings down as it is unfair. But I just need to know fleece and how? If not I'll just stay with wood shavings lol

And I know there is loads of different areas and sections. But I can't find the right help. I feel even more confused. Sorry don't put this is on you its not your fault. I read peoples stuff and I comment then things get muddled up. Lol
Right. Let me explain about fleece. You need to use an absorbent layer under it such as towels. Then you use two layers of fleece. Fleece can be brought from primark,I kea and supermarkets. Before use it must be washed and dried three times without fabric conditioner.

Fleece needs to be changed with the towels every three days and poop removed at least twice a day. It has to be washed at 60 degrees to kill germs.

Does that answer your question?

That does thank you... I will stay with wood shavings...

I brought some correx off ebay. Could I still use it with wood shavings or do I have to use newspaper 'as I've heard from someone'. And can they easily eat at the news paper. As I've read as well it is bad from them.

Wood shavings dries out the skin and can cause allergies. I really do not recommend them. You can place newspaper under the shavings to absorb the urine. They should not really get to the newspaper with a thick layer of shavings.

But this is where I get stuck because everyone says different. I am really thankful for your help and time but we didn't have a clue when we got the pigges, as we got them as a Christmas present. So with the cash we have just trying to make it easier for us and the piggies.

I totally understand. Pet shops always recommend shavings as they sell them. Personally, I hate shavings but a lot of people do use them as they are cheap. It does cost more to use fleece as you have the electricity bills. Some people use fitch as an alternative. You may like that.

We are getting a 100x100 cage sometime next week. And we got some correx as we didn't know we wouldn't be able to find the c&c cages. But tonight we came across them but we cant get them as we got the other cage. So I'm wondering if I could still use the correx in the cage.

What is Fitch?

I use finacard, another type of bedding. All disposable beddings can be used the same as wood shavings and it can be trial and error to see what suits you and your piggies best in your situation.
