If you have a spare minute (or 30) and want a chance to win some goodies for your Piggies, come along and join in the Hammocky Treasure Hunt this Bank Holiday, there are 10 prizes up for grabs so lots to choose from :)

I'm running the Treasure Hunt, as a big thank you to everyone who has supported us. It's been another successful year, and we absolutely couldn't have raised the funds for the Rescues without your help.

So Big Thank You from us to you and why not pop by our website, join in the Treasure Hunt and have fun :) If I could provide refreshments at the door I would! Maybe next year I'll be better organised :))

If you get stuck, I'll be tweeting hints and tips throughout the week, at the moment in response to requests but as the days go by I'll be adding new hints for those who aren't on Twitter, but read the feed :)
 
I have found 4 chests so far but giving my eyes a rest the now think I'm staring too hard at the screen trying to find them :)) - going to rope hubby in later to see if his peepers see anymore

I've copied the Clues that have been published so far, below. Are these any help?

Treasure Chest #4 can be found Bimbling around the Helipad.
Treasure Chest #6 is all about the money.
Treasure Chest #7 can't get his lazy bum outa BED!
Treasure Chest #10 is so well hidden he may even be 'Camouflaged'.
 
What a great website! I've managed to find a few of the chests, and will be certain to order a hammock or two soon as well :)

Congrats :) I'm in the middle of updating the website with new stuff at the moment. Keep an eye on the website over the next few weeks because it's our 6th Birthday in September (how did that happen already?) and I'm planning a few events and special offers so that everyone can join in with what is essentially just an excuse for me to take a night off and eat cake :))

The Stuffies are fine for Piggies :) The Sleepy Carrot is a good choice for Piggies because they use the leafy bit of the carrot as carrying handles or as an aid to toss around the cage, it also makes a handy pillow! In fact I designed the Sleepy Carrot as a balance aid for a poorly piggy.

If anyone is stuck on the Treasure Hunt, let me know and I'll see if I can sort out some clues for you.
 
I found my first chest but can't email as only have hotmail. Can I copy and paste the message and email address into my hotmail?

Hammocky Treasure Hunt - Alternative Instructions

There have been a few problems for those of you without Email Clients installed on your PC, so we have included some instructions below so that you don't have to miss out! When you locate a Treasure Chest, you can email us via web based mail using the following information.

Email: treasurehunt [at] hammockyhammocks.co.uk
Subject: Chest Number One, Chest Number Two, Chest Number Three etc
Please make sure you use words, not numbers otherwise you entry may not be validated (it's a filter thing!)
Body: Clearly state where you found the Treasure Chest, including page and position. Fill in your name and address so that we will know where to send your prize if you are the lucky winner. Don't forget to use a valid email address! Then all you need to do is hit Send!

Warning! Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo and ac.uk addresses have been known to bounce or Junk our email, so if you have an alternative email address it might be advisable to use it, otherwise keep a careful eye on your Junk Folder or you can try adding the above email address to your address book or whitelist as this can also help.

Yes please :) I know it's a bit of a hassle for those of you who have to manually send the entries through, but it makes our life a lot easier this end as each individual entry is filtered into the relevant virtual bucket saving us about a billion hours work after the closing date!

When you have sent your entry we will email you immediately confirming your entry for that particular Treasure Chest, so you can make sure that your entry has reached us safely :)

You know a few nights ago I had a few glasses of wine. The following evening I suddenly remembered ordering something online piggy related; but didn't know what. After looking at your website for the treasure chests it's starting to slowly come back to me, lol. ")
 
A fine way to spend half an hour on a Tuesday morning :) My guineas are enjoying their corner hammock (which I bought a few weeks ago), but seem to like using it as a shelter more than as a hammock rolleyes

:)p That is possibly the best excuse I have ever heard for a shopping splurge! And one I fully intend to steal for future expeditions myself! Well done for finding all 10!

Awww! Maybe something got lost in translation - you said "here's your new corner HAMMOCK" and they actually heard "here's your new corner TENT". Might be time to brush up on your 'wheek & squeek' dialect :)) Glad you enjoyed the Treasure Hunt and good luck!

Awh, I didn't win anything. :(
