Piggy going lethargic

I am sorry you're in such situation. Not only the hard news, but the lack of support from family. This is just heartbreaking and must put strain on your relationship.

It doesn't sound like you're looking for exotic specialist, from what you're saying your piggie needs end of life care or euthanasia. Any vet can provide that and they should be expected to provide this, no matter the species.
That really is your only option, looking for vet or a rescue. You should have SPCA in your county, too. I know you'll have to travel, but most of us have to. I understand you're working, but he'll need you to make the right decision and you'll have to dedicate a day to meet his needs. It's been going on since November.

Just to clarify, vets in the UK aren't around the corner. My own vet is 45mins away and my exotic vet is over an 1hr away. It's not the distance, but the traffic, but it still takes time which we're obliged to do because of the law.
