hi can i give my babies peppers?,you know red green yellow peppers the lady in the pet shop said yes have looked in all four of my guinea books and cant find it anywhere under yes you can or no you cant feed wanted to check first obviously!

Oh yes, this is one of the best foods to use. I call them super foods! Especially green peppers because 1.8th of a green pepper contains enough vitamin c for one pig per day.

Red's should be given less often because of the sugar content. A bit of gereen can be given daily. :)

I also give mine all three .. its one of their Faves.. which is good because of all the vit c... :))

Plus i love them too so we always have a fridge packed out with them !drool

thanks to all of you as i ve said previously i am new at guineas! had mine 8 weeks and am sooo in love with them just didnt want to give them something that was bad for them,am off to the fridge to get out the peppers to cut up for my babies!

aww i know what you mean i wanst sure about peppers when i got my babys but they love green pepper havnt tried the other colours lol xx hope they injoy there dinner xxashxx
 
they did enjoy thier peppers! gave them a little of each, three of my girls nearly had fisty cuffs over it! trying to get to it first!
