pak choi, just the leaves?

i usually feed just the leaves and not the white bit underneath. can they have the white bit? :{

mine are about to get just the white bit as I did a stir fry tonight & so cut off the really stalky stuff

my girls have it all as well, the white bit is the most juicy....but remember to only feed 2/3 times a week or so... xx

i don't know why i only ever fed the leaves! mallethead

they have pak choi everyday for the week and then a week break usually. i feed five different everyday for the week and then switch etc etc...
