I'm a BIG Fan of Johnny Cash x Bless Him

Yeah, I love his American songbooks, I like his country stuff too, there is something wonderful about his voice and it's imperfections that make it perfect

:agr:

I have quite a lot of his music, I never get bored with listening to it.

Watched 'Drive' the other week, was a little more artistic than I normally like, but visually stunning and a really gripping story. May have developed a man crush on Ryan Gosling he was ubber cool in it :)) Bought the soundtrack too as it is really electronic and atmospheric.

The lift scene was awesome ;) totally crushing on sociopath Gosling in this.

Mine are:

Halloween 1978

Closely followed by :

Omen original
The Excorcist
Suspiria -By Dario Argento.

Horror is my forte and I also write reviews/Horror blog so could go on for hours about my fave subject.

I have an original The Excorcist VHS tape signed by Linda Blair.

My favourite films? Barefoot in The Park, The Searchers, G.Force, King Creole, Jaillhouse Rock, a lot of Disney, Mouse Hunt, Clash of theTitans.
Generally speaking, I love animation, westerns, fantasy.

:) He is great, I love his cover of Hurt but I think everyone does. I like his version of 'In my Life' by the Beatles he has a very haunting voice

I didn't see that scene coming at all. Based on a book and there is a sequel to the book also...

Elvis films :) Nice, I grew up listening to Elvis, Dad is a huge fan... Gotta love the king, his movies were always very tongue in cheek - always enjoyable.

The best Elvis films, in my opinion, were the first ones. Love Me Tender, Loving You, King Creole, Jail-house Rock, Wild in The Country. After Col. Tom Parker got hold of Elvis, he just started churning out those awful musical films "for the kids". Elvis could have become a really great, respected actor if he'd stuck to serious films. I heard that they he nearly got chosen to star in " The Rain Man". Parker probably told him not to do it. The swine!

Apocalypse Now
Blade Runner
The Hot Spot, nobody ever seems to have watched this one but its great, directed by Dennis Hopper, its beautifully shot, and oh man those scenes between virginia madsen and don johnson are so hot

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
I was so moved by this film, I'm not ashamed to say I cried. A lot.

Horror is my usual go to genre.
American Mary for the gore and pure female power (also, the girl in it is from Ginger Snaps which is a great film).

The Death of a Ghost Hunter is not a well known film, but fantastic! If you get the chance, watch it!

Grave Encounters....little cheesy but really scary.

I love far too many horror films to list, so I'll just end it with Winnie the Pooh. The ultimate cheer up film!

I am just back from the cinema having watched taken three, it's going up in my top ten favourites already!
