New Hutch Ordered (at Last!)

Well the covers arrived yesterday but no hutch. On chasing up I discovered it had literally fallen off the back of the delivery truck and been damaged so the courier had returned it. I am getting another sent out either today or tomorrow so should have it soon. Then my piggies will be in the lap of luxury! :lol!:

It is frustrasting, hope you have a new one very soon.

I had a dishwasher delivered once, the conversation went like this as they put it down in my kitchen ...
Me 'you have dropped that'
Them 'no we didn't'
Me 'why has it got grass and mud hanging off the side then?'. ' Take it away I'm not signing for it'.

They had dropped it out of the back of the lorry, goodness knows what that did to the inside workings. Everyone has accidents but they lied about it.
 
New hutch arrived yesterday within 24 hours of discovering what happened to the original one. I am most impressed! Now my OH and my son just need to put it together this Saturday! I will be telling them how to do it from the instructions. I expect the air to be a bit blue and a few "I 'ate DIY" on the way as my OH is not a fan of flat pack! I think this new hutch will be HUGE! The two boxes weigh 25kg each!

Can't wait to see it - you'll need to film your herd when you put them in. Loads of popcorning and wheeking I'll bet!
 
I'd like to photo it being put together but I doubt I'll be able to as the boys will have to concentrate!
 
It is big,alittle bit of a pain to put together,but so worth it !mine love the space.i cant wait to see pigtures ! :hug:
 
Well here it is in all its glory! Took 3 hours to put together and only had to undo things a couple of times cos we put them in the wrong way around! Haven't put in the piggies yet! Decided to keep the old ramp from the old hutch for the mo as it fitted and it may help them to settle in the new hutch better.
