Hi, i have a 2 guinea pig cage from P&H with 5 sows in! I can't buy another and i don't know how to exdend it, please help!?/?/
Do you have any pictures?
thats far too small for 5 really you need another cage, have you thought about c&c?
Do you have 5 in that one cage?
You could do something like this but it does take up loads of room same idea as c & c.
If space is a problem, Then sarah has a good idea to make more than one floor like a tower block sort of thing?
Could you not save up for something like this?

I must admit i've got the money but i can't just spend it one on of those, it's just too much!
If you don't have the room to go out I think the only alternative is to go up. I've got the 2 storied one for my 2 girls and I worry its not big enough for them.
As far as I remember about £140 give or take.
have a look in a minute.try ebay for cheap cages
Like I said when you can't go out the way you have to go up the way. Space is a premium in my house so up I had to go. What price happy healthy pigs?
Did you mean you have 5 sows in one cage or 5 sows split into two cages?
I think that the second cage that modwyn posted it quite good value for money. Or buy 3 larger cages and maybe stack them if that will work? Or buy a two storey hutch as you can keep a hutch indoors.
Lisajazz has a C&C cage that is a tower this was her thread
How much space have you got? I got two packs of C&C on eBay for £40 including P&P, if you live near a CostCo you can get them for A LOT less.
Well i'll work on mum.
I would if I were you, they are very good and so easy to adapt to the space you have. I wish I hadn't bothered with an indoor cage (although the one i have is very very good) and just went straight for the C&C, it was only because i didn't know about them that I didn't start off with C&C,
