My guinea pig hasn’t eaten and when I was about to take it to the vet, he looked scared too. I, unfortunately wasn’t able to get him to the vet because of a flat tire but his face looks swollen as well. I’m freaking out and please, any advice would help? I’ve been looking around and I’m thinking it might be Ileus? He has had a diarrhea problem before as a result of being stressed out in a car.
 
He really needs to see a vet as a matter of urgency. We can't possibly say what's wrong but if his face has swollen suddenly then it could be an abscess. The sooner you get to the vet the better
