I would give her nice soft bedding and see how she does. Animals are quite adaptable and now that you know there is an issue you can keep a really close eye on her feet to head off any problems. The vet just might be trying to be realistic, but that sounds needlessly negative to me at this point in time! Best wishes to you and your sweet little piggie!

I would definitely take her to the vet for a check up! She looks like she doesnt have front paws? Is she happy and healthy appart from her feet? Gorgeous colouring btw

I’ve been to the vets with her I’ve wrote a comment on what she said she has only formed up to her ankles on Both her front feet

You're right the iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value for guineas so best to avoid feeding that. You can find more advice about what to feed them in this guide:
