I had my one Guinea pig, Fluffles for about six weeks now. I decided to get him a new friend, Teddy. I introduced them in my bathroom last week, and everything seemed fine, so after a while I put them together in a nice big cage with two of everything. They were ok at first, but a few days later they started bickering and jumping at each other and such. Everytime they got near each other they rumblestrutted. Finally, I decided to add a small addition to their cage so they could have more space. I came in a few minutes later and they were both in the same add-on part really going at it, rolling around. I decided to separate them and put their cage next to each other so they could at least see each other. My question is, they obviously don't like each other now, but will they ever? Not really sure what to do in this situation. I figured it was better safe than sorry, so I separated. Was really hoping they would get along. :(

Age, cage size can all have a bearing. If they are of teenage age, then hormones will be flying.
Was the cage completely cleaned and scent free - was it fluffles’s cage they are now living in - is it possible that fluffles thought his territory had been invaded and doesn’t like that?
How are they behaving now they are separate?
However, once boys have that kind of fight ie if was more than dominance, then it usually means they don’t like each other, their characters aren’t compatible, and will not be able to be put back together.

Usually the advice is not to separate unless blood is drawn.
You could try the bathroom re-introduction again and while they are there clean the cage everywhere and re-arrange it completely. Then try them back together?
If they are both so young they will not thrive on being alone for long.

How big is your cage? Do you have two of everything? Boys need a lot of space. How old are they?
The cage is 8 sq ft, then I added a small cage to it. They have two of everything and they are both probably 4 months? Not totally sure how old.

I have two cages next to each other, and they still grumble at each other through the bars. It was Fluffles cage, but I'll was totally scent free, so I really don't understand. Not sure if they are teenagers, they are both probably four months old?

At four months old they are both just coming into teenage times which will last until they are 12-15 months old with various spikes during that time.
8 square ft is a bit too small for two boys. 12 sq ft (6ft by 2ft cage) is better for two boys. But do bear in mind that if two piggies choose not to like each other, then no amount of space is going to change that.
