My Guinea Pig Mole Type Lump!

Hello members, my guinea pig mocha who is about 2.5 years old has had a small lump which was the size of a small pimple... it had remained that way for several months.. it was on the outside of the skin and on the fur... it was causing the pig no discomfort at all.. and seemed not to bother her..

NOW it has grown more. still not painful for the pig, or causes any discomfort. I have enclosed a photo
can anyone give genuine advice ? does anyone know exactly what it is ?
before i have to take her to the vets...

I'm not too sure to be honest but it could be some type of cyst. Good luck at the vets.
