My guinea pig has redness on the back of his feet

My guinea pig has redness on the back of his feet. I don't know how he got it but I had him out today and my sister saw it when he was walking away from us its on the far back of his back feet and when I saw it I did a deep clean of his cage. I scrubbed and put in new fleece, and when my mom got home my sister told her because I was in the other room, told her and she doesn't know really that much about a Guinea pig but she told me that it could be like when a baby gets a diaper rash but I don't know what it is and I also spot clean his cage every day. The picture that I just know took is less red then they use to be this morning.

It looks like urine scald, which is skin irritation from standing on pee or dampness (even if you clean every day, guinea pigs still sometimes pee and don't move!) It's more noticeable on the ones with pink feet. I believe some brands make foot creams for guinea pigs that are safe/effective (I think Gorgeous Guineas in the one in the UK, I have used medical-grade lanolin on the feet of an elderly pig who didn't move much and had bladder issues when her feet would get irritated because there wasn't a guinea pig specific brand available here.)

Ok I will try getting a cream for it I live in the US so I will do some searching and thank you so much for the help.

I think you can also use coconut oil which should be easily available.
