Lifting leg up

Do u think so she is moving it she just didn’t want to walk on it at the monent
Yes. It hurts to move and she is trying her best to keep her weight off. Think about how you would feel with a badly twisted knee.

If necessary contact your vet clininc before Christmas if there is no improvement at all and the limping has not started to improve more.

The vet said at first overian cyst but she’s showing no sighn of them that’s why I thought sprain

Look, we cannot tell you what is wrong sight unseen and without at least a video to get an idea of the movement (which you would have to upload on a public setting elsewhere and then copy across since we don't have a video uploading facility in our forum, which runs entirely on voluntary member donations and moderation).

If you are not happy, then please seek a second opinion.

Hi!

Could you please take a video of your piggy walking, upload it on a public setting elsewhere and copy across (our forum runs entirely on voluntary member donation, which is why we do not have a supported video uploading facility) so we can see what is really going on. From your picture, it is not possibile to make an assessment.

How long since she has had the problem?

Please see a vet if you have any concerns about mobility or legs sticking out the wrong way for a proper hands-on examination.

Is this the same piggy as in your other threads - the one who has been put on medication for the leg injury by your vet?

In that case I’m going to merge this thread with the other ones on this same issue.
Please could you keep further questions about this same issue, to the same thread as it helps us know the previous advice and treatment your vet has already prescribed.
You can find your threads by clicking ‘find threads’ and then ‘your threads’ at the top

Your link doesn’t seem to go to a video I’m afraid. If you have a YouTube account, upload it there and then post the link to it.

You will need to have the vet check her again. We can’t know if if is sprained.
