Garfield actually closes his eyes when sleeping . Bumble is in the right hand cottage but he's camouflaged

Thanks. It's such a relief. Bumble is a sensitive soul really. And Garfield came from a trio of boars kept in a triple layer 100cm cage , he was full of bites and very thin when he was surrendered to the rescue centre.

Oh I’ll bet he thinks he’s died and gone to heaven moving in with you & Bumble

They do still have their silly boar moments. usually involving a hidey and who has permission to be in said hidey (you know because they definitely don't have 2 exactly the same . ) Haha. But for the most part I think they're doing well.

After the sad loss of Bumble I'm trying to give Garfield a lot more attention, much to his annoyance. He's not keen on cuddles and would rather be zooming about the cage.

Garfield got a snuggle safe heat pad in his hay tray last night. He was such a fan of it I had to re heat it and give him it back this morning. (He is an indoor piggie, just I feel guilty he's alone for now and his room isn't the warmest) I'm trying to spend time sitting in the piggie room with him. But to be honest he's not a massive fan of hoomans watching him. Every so often he comes out the hay tray and gives me a look of disgust lightly chatters and goes about his business

Garfield has a new baby friend as he was becoming sad. His new friend came home on Sunday and Garfield went into gut stasis on Monday . I think (fingers crossed) we are heading in the right direction as he's eating and pooping again. Lots of syringe feeding, sitting on a vibrating cushion and tummy massages later. Hopefully he's on the mend.

He's so fast . And noisy I'd forgotten how noisy babies were. Bumble (rip) was such a quiet wee piggie when he was a baby.

Currently being told off by Garfield because I bought him green beans and he doesn't like them! . Bad hooman, bad bad hooman. Maybe Eddie will eat them.

Oh apparently they're acceptable after all. Strange boy.
