Is This Squabbling Or A Sign The Bond Isn't Going To Work Out?

Looks like a spot of fungal to me. Difficult to judge the body part from the picture!

No I can see why you thought it was on his testicles lol I do apologise getting the pics of his ear clear enough for you to see the spot and nose were tricky- I swear he knows! X

The bigger the cage you can accommodate/afford the better. Spike and Peanut are in a Little Friends 160 x 80cm, I really like it as it's very stable and strong. Rusty and Bracken are in a 3 x 4 C&C which I love for it's versatility. There's pros and cons for both types of cage, it's down to personal choice really. I don't think you did the wrong thing getting Mo a friend, it sounds like they get on quite well for boars! I think they will improve whe they have more space.
Good luck at the vets, hopefully it is just a patch of dry skin.

Sounds like it is going well, the scratch is nothing to worry about I would say. Never apologise for tagging me in, I am happy to help whenever I can..
Possibly a bit of fungal, needs checking out for sure.
F10 disinfectant spray is excellent for cleaning the cage. You can also get f10 soap for your hands after touching the piggies.

Fungal treatment can be anti fungal medicine like itrafungal given orally. Some vets say use human cream like canesten or daktarin (Miconazole) it can be very greasy though. Our vet has opted for Imaverol in the past which is a dip that we apply topically diluted rather than dip the whole pig.
