My Guinea pig’s scan is trying to fall out , should I let it fall by itself?

If there is pus underneath the scab usually needs to be removed to allow you to flush the pus out daily. However, only a vet can really advise you on how to manage your particular case with your piggy following a hands on check on how the healing is progressing

Yeah there is still pus, not too much like before.is there anything I can put on him so that it can get better ? Vet appointment for Guinea pigs it’s hard to get , cause they are exotic animals , so I wanted to know what I should buy ? Thank you !

I know it’s harder to get vet appointments in the US, but we cannot tell you what is needed in your particular situation. A qualified vet is the only person who can carry out a hands on check and prescribe further treatment and check on how things are going.
All we can tell you is to keep it clean with saline solution, but the necessary antibiotics, painkillers and other treatments can only be given to you by a vet

It looks like it might be but there are limitations to looking at a photo. You are best placed to be able to see whether it actually is pus.

Yes it could be but we don’t have hands on your piggy and looking at pictures doesn’t always help, so its harder for us to be able to truly tell.
