I am thinking of getting the seville cubes, and then these, because these can be used at the base of the loft and the cage, so they won't be seen, and the normal grids will be used for the visible stuff. It works out cheaper to by these, and then I will still have some left over.

If the cage is going to use the bed base you have then it wont need grids on the bottom, providing the bed is quite solid.

May as well buy the extras so I have more flexibility and can do a lot more with it. £18 isn't much more.

i use the vonhais ones for my cages .They are pretty strong.Have also made fleece forests with them by hingeing them with cable ties to the side then cutting the plastic off one to use as a leg.Cut slits in the top one and threaded fleece strips through
