i was holding her and she just slipped out of my hands... after that she just looked up with her mouth open and then started opening and closing her mouth. i don’t know what to do... she’s eating and drinking but i’m scared that i hurt her and i don’t trust myself anymore... please help i don’t know what to do...😭😭😭

Accidents do happen so don’t be too hard on yourself. How far did she fall? I would perhaps think about getting her to the vet just to be on the safe side.

Don't blame yourself. :)
Accidents happen. I agree with the advice above, as well.
Just to be on the safe side, though, I would recommend transporting your piglet in a hidey pouch. :)

i’m not so sure i was standing so she fell pretty high... and my parents never brought her to a vet before.... they’re really hard to find in my area... so i just try to keep her as healthy as i can...

Where are you located? Keep an eye on her but do think about taking her to be seen. I would start weighing her every day at the same time (you should be doing this weekly anyway).

Does she have a companion by any chance?

no, she doesn't... yes I'm going to try and keep an eye on her... I live in America and every vet we find doesn't do guinea pigs and when we find one they can't help us :(

Please see a vet promptly if she develops problems with walking or is looking off/loses her appetite from an internal injury.
