Hooting? Wheezing? Snoring?

Would your vet be able to board them while you're on holiday? I've known people who've had sick piggies stay at the vets for a week so they can have all their medicines.

It's a tricky one as I don't know how much it will cost but at the same time any break in antibiotics would stop them working and she won't get better.

Hope you find a way to make it work and she gets better soon :)

We’re going to try teaching our friend how to give antibiotics. She should be okay if Pearl nibbles her, because she has experience giving her cat antibiotics, and he bites and scratches her a lot.

Just came back from vacation! Pearl is doing great, and seems quite a bit more active than usual. Usually at floor time the senior piggy just naps in the pigloo. Today she is running around, demanding food from me, and nearly popcorning!

That is wonderful news! :luv::luv: x

The pet sitter gave the piggies gifts! Some kinda hay twist (pigs showing no interest so far) and strawberry treats (Zip and I love them but Pearl is scared of them...)

Glad everything went well! I had a pig who was on chronic meds so I had to teach a couple of people how to administer antibiotics. They always came through for me! :)
