Sending lots of hugs

Thank you @PigglePuggle - they are all great suggestions so I have writtne them on a post it note for tomorrow - my brain is a bit fried right now as I am most definetly not cut out for 4 hourly feeds anymore!Poor Harry, sounds like you are doing everything you can for him... paws crossed he makes it through until the vet can advise tomorrow... maybe an antibiotic injection if the infection may have spread beyond the abscess site? Or some buprenorphine if he is in more pain than you can manage with the metacam? Or some gut stimulants to help him eat? Just guessing here, its just things you might discuss with the vet to try help him... hugs to you and healing wheeks for poor Harry x
