Help Needed Indoors?

Use fleece! I use it, and just spot clean a couple times a day. You can also buy pet-safe deodorizers. If you clean it twice a week, and spot clean a couple times every day, you shouldn't have any problems.
Boars, I have found, to be a little more stinky, so every once in a while, give them a nice bum bath. Their scent gland is the part that is stinky, and it is located where their tail would be if they had one.
I hope this helps!

How did it go with your parents? :)
My mum's on holiday so I don't know what she thinks and My dad won't listen to anything I say
Unless someone can change his mind then I guess they are staying outside:no::(

Oh, sorry to hear that. I do hope your mum listens to your arguments.

Your piggies are adorable. They should make lovely roomies!

Tell him to read this thread? If that doesn't change his mind then I guess they're stuck out there :(

Hopefully your mum will be more understanding when she comes back.

Definitely worth them read all this.

I now have a back up plan to tell him:
  • I'm less likely to get bored of them.
  • I can do more chores for paying for their food
  • There are no extreme temperatures for them to get chilled or heat stoke
  • It's easier to check there health
  • Our dog can't get to them
  • I will let them in a pen on nice days

Lovely pigs. Bear in mind that if you can't bring them inside, they will be entirely fine. My boy has lived outside for eight years now and he is the healthiest pig I've ever met. They have fresh air, no chemicals to interfere with them, and most importantly constant access to fresh grass, which is undoubtedly so much better than hay as it is the most important aspect of their natural diet. If there are place for them to hide in their hutch, they wont get scared by noises, and providing the cages are secure nothing would be able to get in regardless. Outside is fine. There are benefits to both situations, so don't feel bad.
