like i said i needed to give them some vitamen c and terramycin every 12 hours for one week if there is no progression then take to a rescue emdiatly but they are already which was exspect becuse they said that they might just have a regular hay poke or pink eye and terramycin will help both while just incase they do have pink give some more vita-c in the diet

A rescue gave you an (oral) antibiotic? Did they check the eye? Are they qualified vets?

Are you okay with your girls possibly being in pain and losing an eye because you decided to delay treatment?

i know it sound bad but yes right now they are doing way better its not oral it a drop thing and if i notice anything wrong with there beavor or somthing is wrong i will take them to a rescuse right away and they where i think it was just a local bunny farm resque thing and yes they did check the eye but like i said they didnt have a medical licence so they couldnt do anything but tell me what i needed to do and I'm doing it thats the reason that i was on here and i keep on saying if i really trully need to give them away i will but I'm handiling it and you keep on telling me the same thing over and over and i understand but its getting under control and the only reason I'm still on here is to give updaits like asked cuz i apreasiate the worry

As previously said by @Piggies&buns and @Siikibam you really do need to get your pigs to the vets. Guinea pigs are prey animals and the reason your pigs seem ‘ok’ in themselves is because they hide their illnesses and once you start to notice that they’re showing signs of pain it’s going to be more difficult to treat and potentially more expensive. Their eyes won’t heal with any old drops and they need to see the vets. You need to think what is best for your pigs and if you are unable to care for them the best thing is to surrender them or speak to a rescue about whether they can help pay for treatment. Eye issues are extremely serious and if you did make the decision to surrender you would be doing what’s best to look after your guinea pigs. They have no say about their treatment and it’s really unfair to leave them so suffer when they will be in a great deal of pain. Please get them seen I can’t stress it enough.

Where did you get the antibiotic drops if they weren’t given to you?

You’ve made your choice but I’m afraid if you’re unable to provide vet care then I think you should surrender them whatever the case. You can always adopt a pair once you’re back on a more even footing. It’s your choice of course but it has to be about their welfare and not your wants or needs.

a pet store and they told us the same thing

right now mini is doing verry well the cloudyness might be calming down a bit and her eye isnt sunken in or anything right no
mama is doing ok i found a new peace of hay and i need to let her push it out a bit but i think i will be able to without problums
i will give another update when i get it out

ok so just got the very small peace of hay in mamas eye out went well just i did notic she didnt want me to help her as much as yesterday and was a little bit timid but other wise ok mini eye is still cloudy but is still improving

I’m going to close this thread to further comments. The OP is of course free to do or not do whatever they choose in relation to their pets however home treating & failing to take to a vet is against all that this forum stands for. I would not wish any viewer of this forum to think otherwise.
@TokyoESL since you do not want to act on the advice given perhaps you should reconsider posting on here for advice.
