That is so heartbreaking, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I'd just started reading your thread and looked at Galen's Garden website and PIggy Potions book to see if there was anything to help with what you described. Sadly there was nothing helpful and it now sounds like there are some other underlying cause for the strange symptoms.
You did everything possible to help her so be kind to yourself. Sending you a huge hug
