My little brother showed me some photos of his guinea pig & I noticed there is a tiny patch of hair missing from his nose. Apparently this has been like this for a few months & has not got any better/worse. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be & whether we should try to arrange a vet visit. Due to coronavirus, vets here are only accepting emergency appointments so if this can wait then we will do so.

It is impossible to judge from your picture, but it may be something like some very mild fungal. As it has been around for quite some time, have it seen on your next vet trip.
