I did not want to discuss of salaries and bills, but many indian pet clinics have a high standard: an exotic vet I know has just come back from a period of work and lessons in one of these clinics and has talked very very well about the quality of your doctors and their (private!) structures. We cannot expect that a similar level and similar treatments are free or cheap. Then the story is just the same: if we don't earn enough for a pet or for a child or for anything else that is our problem.
