Guinea Pig Squeaking

my guinea pig keeps chirping loudly when it's in it's cage. I'll give it food or take it out of it cages but I'll will still continue to chirp after.

"Chirping" is very rare. Are you sure it is chirping? It may be other sounds such as wheeking or chutting.

Also is it the only guinea pig in its cage? It could be lonely

I agree with BlueVictorian, chirping is very rare for a guinea pig to do. Yet sometimes I could happen, only once I heard my oldest guinea pig chirp. It could be a chattering. If you are sure it was a chirping, then it is often made when a guinea pig is in a trance-like state. (I'm not saying your guinea pig could be in a trance-like state) x
